Interoc is currently developing twenty townhouses in a new village, Steninge Slottsby outside of Stockholm. A recently plunging housing market has made buyers anxious and unwilling to purchase. Our brief was to create a salient communication strategy to attract and help convert leads into buyers of Rexhusen.
Our insight is that real estate buyers need more straightforward and authentic communication to take action on an unstable market. By letting experts; the architect, bank advisor etc, answer questions based on common concerns, we invite buyers to discover what's behind the facades of Rexhusen.
